First, we position the vessel correctly pricing strategy, presentation guidance, and understanding how it competes against similar boats already on the market. Then we produce professional media not just photos, but cinematic video and immersive content that helps buyers emotionally connect before they ever step onboard. Instead of quietly listing it or using preliminary pictures, we launch the vessel to the market all at once (this is important), with broker networks, buyer databases, and coordinated online exposure to create early momentum. After launch, we continue promoting it through rotating content and targeted exposure so your listing stays visible while others slowly disappear. And throughout the process, I provide ongoing market feedback so you always know exactly what activity your vessel is generating.
We only get one chance for your listing to pop up as new for potential buyers and brokers alike, so all the videos, pictures, and the 3D Virtual Tour have to be complete before we go live, and set to present the vessel the way we want the world to see it. Then we place Ad flyers at strategic waterfront locations in the area. I will not put a listing live with “preliminary pictures” or “preliminary listing”, like you see on a lot of listings, because we only get one chance for a first impression!
